SALES LETTER OR COPY WRITING

One very important expect of salesmanship that
every successful sales person employs to meet
target is the "sales talk" if meeting prospect
face to face or "sales letter" if not which in
internet marketing is most often than not referred
to as copywriting.

Copywriting must be flawless driving the prospect
To take action required by vividly showing him what
Is in the product for him vis-a-vis his needs.
In internet marketing where the buyer and the seller
are hardly face to face, the sales letter of
the sales person is usually found on his website or
through email, called email marketing.

In essence therefore, copywriting is salesmanship
in print. If you bear this in mind then you
must ensure that your writing is such that will
capture the attention of the reader by appealing
to his emotions.

Every prospect is expecting solutions from
a product in relation to his need, so how well
you can articulate his needs and using your copywriting
skills to proffer solutions to those needs
is the bottom line for your products.

So find out what it is that your product does
to benefit your prospect and proceed without
delay to show him how your product will benefit
him or her basing your story on personal
experience either verbally or in print.

It is a very essential aspect of copywriting
that you do not reinvent the wheel. Now, I am
not advocating that you be a copy cat, no, not
at all, what I am advocating is that you must
have a swipe file, a collection of sales letters
penned by gurus, sales letters that have yield
numerous sales in the past, from which you
will get ideas and phrases suitable for your
particular campaign.

Research online and through magazines, you will
find popular successful products that their sales
letters or copies pulled the emotional triggers
of the buying public and thus made the products
successes in the market place. This is the easiest
way to start collecting your own person swipe file.



Now, it must be clear to you that success for any
Product or service online via your website depends
Largely on effective copywriting. Copywriting
Done with the prospect’s need and solution in perspective.

WRITING:

Well, if you do your own copywriting by yourself, times
Will come when you will find it hard to do the writing.
It is called the writer’s block, friend at times like that,
Adopt the “gun at the head” technique and keep at it,
And soon your brain will accpt the taxk and complete
The job, even if the first attempts did not product the
Desired result.
